Pastry Chef

Chef Shaun Davis began his culinary career at an early age of 18 when he attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chef Shaun’s extensive training and focus on pastries combined with his Mississippi heritage, provokes classic southern pies, New York-Style Cheesecakes, specialty cakes, Wedding Cakes, and unique pastry creations. He refuses to use anything but the best ingredients in any of his desserts.
